CTE Articulated Credit for High School Students
Career and Technical Education Articulated Credit
North Central has partnered with the Michigan Department of Education's Office of Career and Technical Education (CTE) and state-approved secondary CTE programs to provide statewide postsecondary, articulated credit agreements that benefit Michigan high school students.
North Central students may apply to receive credit for high school CTE courses that align with our academic programs. The Postsecondary Credit Agreement/Articulation Agreements offered are listed below. Additional information is available on the Michigan Department of Education .
Articulated high school credit is intended to be used toward the completion of a North Central degree, certificate, or certificate of development. An articulation agreement between a high school and 汤头条app requires a high school to certify to 汤头条app that the student has achieved the agreed upon level of knowledge and skills from a course. Once accepted by 汤头条app, high school articulated credit may not transfer to other colleges or universities. 汤头条app makes no guarantees whether other institutions accept credit hours or count articulated high school credit toward the completion of their degree requirements. Students should check with the college or university they are transferring to from 汤头条app to see if the credits are eligible for transfer.

- The student applying for CTE credit fills out the Student Application for Articulated CTE Credit form.
- Once completed, the student forwards the application to their CTE program Instructor/Counselor/Administrator and requests that they complete the form to verify the student's CTE credits.
- The school (instructor/counselor/administrator) then submits the form on behalf of the student to the 汤头条app Registrar.
The form must be completed for the application to be considered. Applicants will receive notification of the credit evaluation after the form is submitted and evaluated.
